These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of vervantis.online (the "Website"), operated by Alexiv Company, s.r.o., Company No. 24197271, with registered office at Slavojova 108/8, Nusle, 128 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

The Website publishes free, general-interest guides and reference articles about video games. It is an information service only. We do not sell, license, distribute or host any game, we do not take payment from users, and we do not create a user account for you.

The Website is supported by advertising and by affiliate links. See our Advertising Disclosure.

The Website is intended for users aged 16 and over. Some games described here carry an age rating of PEGI 16 / ESRB Mature or similar, because they depict armed conflict. We do not knowingly direct this Website at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Age restrictions for any third-party game or service are set and enforced by its own operator, and you must meet them before using that service.

You may read, print and share the content of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts provided you credit vervantis.online and link to the source page.

Photographs on the Website are historical Second World War archive photographs in the public domain, credited where they appear. They are not screenshots of any video game.

We write and maintain the Website in good faith, but game mechanics, features, availability, regional restrictions and commercial terms are decided by the relevant publisher and change frequently. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that the content is complete, accurate, current or fit for a particular purpose, and without any warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, legal, medical or other professional advice, and nothing on it is a promise of any particular result or experience.

If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a dispute between us, you may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR Department, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, coi.cz, under Section 20d et seq. of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection.

These Terms are governed by Czech law. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its commercial and legal purpose.
